Rian, I would love to relocate to that area. Its close to Aspen, Beaver Creek and away from the crap of Denver. Give me a cabin in the mountains and I'm happy guy.

Heh.. for what they are paying me I better be happy! Yeah I'm surrounded by 5 diff ski areas at work.. Aspen highlands, buttermilk, sunlight, and a few others I don't recall.. I've already been up to all the million upon million $$$ homes in aspen.. nice places.. My fav one had a creek running through/by it.. absolutely would we awesome to sleep with the windows open and hear that at night..

I gotta get a place first, probably endish of april/may sometime.. I have till May before I have to get a place.. so.. I'm going to milk those bastards for all I can since they sent me to a place where the housing cost is WORSE than denver..

Damn billionares in Aspen driving out the millionaires and making the prices in Basalt, Carbondale, and Glenwood insane. The worst part is there aren't any 'major' builders out there really, a few communities that are like the burbs here, so most of the houses are custom, and the few I have seen are make a Richmond home look like a mansion..

But I have plenty of time.. and once I get a place.. there will be a little 'non-csc' sanctioned event..
