Probably not too hard. It would be nice to know ahead of time, which kind of scruples the model line has though, and what problems I can expect to address right away.

Thanks. Thats actually the color scheme I am getting too. First thing to go on it is a Solo Seat Cowel, make it look much better. From there, who knows!

I had a 85' that I rebuild from the ground up, what do you need to know?

Hmm well lets see, any general things I should look out for? Particular seals or gaskets thats always go bad after a prolonged period of non-use.

How easy is it to clean the carbs? Should I just pop em off, rebuild em, and put new gaskets on, or will a good wash down with carb cleaner clean up a sticky slide?

I am sure once I have it in my possesion I am going to have lots of questions, so tell me to STFU if I get too noisy :D

Dope. Well its home and in the garage! Looks like its gonna be damn easy to just pop that carb off and clean it off proper. I ordered a rebuild kit, so it should be good to go in a few days.

Hmmm. Well it appears that I will either need to rebuild my tach or install a newer one. Does anyone have any info on rebuilding one? Im sure it wont be too hard and I just probably need to take it apart to figure it out, but I thought I would ask anyway.
