Trip to Canada in July or August?

My family has 100 acres an hour across the border of Montana/Idaho. I'm thinking about taking a 10 day trip up there to do some riding, camping, etc. We've got a nice log home that we can crash at if we didn't want to truly "rough" it ;)

Anyone interested in getting away for a while to enjoy the beauty of British Columbia?

how far is it from seattle, and how far from good fishing . i am down have a trailer truck and want to take my boys there . we went to the island two yrs. ago and i have promised them we would go back in july- aug sometime . i get them for two weeks. for a vacation so if i make plans i will have to stick to them, do to the ex and her schedule. big
