I have now moved into my new condo type establishment, and want to throw a bit of a party :D :drink:

So here is my official invitation to everyone here, to join in the festivities. Going to do a lot of grilling for food, and hopefully lots more drinking! Details are in the evite, hope you can join!

Yah Pilot, I was nervous at first about being too close to colfax, but there is no problems on my street that I have seen yet. With several higher end cars chillen on the street daily, I dont anticipate any.

I also got underground parking, which was key for the bike and the car... I cant complain yet!

I am thinking a few hours of socializing, eating, and partying then heading up to quite a few bars/clubs....
