sorry for the super newb post, but i just want to check b/f heading down for my first track day...

jesus... so, i just read the MASSIVE sticky post at the top with all the requirements... sorry for all the questions that have apparently been answered already.

i think this wine is stronger than it looks.........

anyway, additional "track day" style info is always appreciated.

Besides the mentioned above... flush your radiator with water, you can add water wetter. Obviously good tires and brakes as well.

A small group of us 5 total will be headed down to Pueblo on Thurs Aug 16 for a car and bike day and will stay at a local hotel for a bike only day on Friday Aug 17th if you would like to join. I have another post in this forum about it.....

Here are some "checklist" that might come in helpful when preparing for a track day :)

Forgot one thing, you will need to have taken a safety class or have some sort of race certification from the past 3 years to ride at Pueblo.....

For local IMI, you don't need anything certification. Joe is doing the safety class on Aug 17th if your interested, you can check the other thread (http://www.cosportbikeclub.org/forums/showthread.php?p=198769#post198769)for more info.
