View Full Version : any supermotos around boulder?

Ive been riding around the Boulder area (flagstaff, lefthand, coal creek etc..) for a year or so now and havent seen too many motos. I just sold my monster, riding a SM'd WR now.

Anyone want to ride? Itd be nice to learn some new routes.

I'm up in loveland, would love to get some SM rides going for the street crowd. Don't know many longer rides, but wouldn't take long for someone to chime in. Definatly let me know if you want to meet up and do a 2 hour ride or something. I know some of those....

Yea i do. There's another guy i see here on a yellow drz400sm. He rides in full leather and he gave me his email but he never replied. I had a wr426 last summer that never ran right so i sold it. Now i'm on a crf450. Red and black. (YOU BETTER NOT BE A COP!!) My bike hates any altittude. I ride the flats and any "sweet concrete jumps" i can find. hit me back.

Plus If anyone else is reading this, I have an extra set of supermoto rims and tires for sale. Talon hubs with Excel rims and continental coni-force tires for sale. My advice to you all is. Unless your racing your street bike....SELL IT! You'll have much more fun on a motard.

nice. too bad on the altitude thing- i rejetted mine and it works way better up at 8-9K feet. jd kit from thumpertalk.

im up for it anytime!

ive been blasting up lefthand, flagstaff rd, coal creek, 7 etc... lately. there are some good loops to make without too much straight road.

maybe we can work something out for the holiday weekend?

i'm scarred to rejet it since it runs so good here around boulder. long straights on a motard do suck though. I'd like to get together and ride the supermoto track at IMI. do any of you guys know what the deal with that is?
