Saturday Sonics HUGE MEET!!!!!

Starting this Saturday (8-25) we will have a new location to hang out! This location is very centralized to attract people from all directions since not too far off of the hwy. Just take 1-25 to Evans and go East exactly 2 miles on the left hand side (north side).


The lot size is huge! Sonic can hold lots of cars, and then the lot for Import Sports is huge too which is right next door. Import Sports will leave their doors open till 9pm that night for everyone to check out their shop.

-Sam (owner of Import Sports) Come check out the fastest import in CO!
-Paul Unis Red Supra CO 2nd fastest Supra (I think only Axoman is faster)
-Mike w/ White Civic that ran 10.9 (Total Sleeper)
-Bob w/ Black Galant CO fastest Galant for last 3 years
-Mike B w/ FD CO fastest Rotary
-Hans with Black Skyline GTR
-Dan w/ Green Skyline
-Ben w/ Black STI 2nd fastest STI for now in CO
-Looking for 1 - 2 Ferrari's to show up!
-Probably about 5 Supras
-Probably about 5 RX-7's
-Maybe a 9 sec Ducati if he doesn't bring his Ferrari
-Russ w/ Black STI w/ GT40R turbo / Nitrous
-plus lots more

We are looking for a huge turnout!

Anyone coming this Saturday? Ended up having a fun run with a Ducati. It seems like he didn't really get on it at the right times because I would take off and he wouldn't get going until I already slowed down.

i am going to assume from this statement, that yes it prolly is a squidfest.
i am sure some serious riders show up, we went to sonic afew times back home, but in the end it wasnt worth the hassle or the danger.
id be willing to bet that the ratio of helmets to bikes was far from 1:1

When i went it was 1:1 there just weren't many bikes.

no, from my experience attire at most of the squid/poser hangouts concists of tshirts shorts and ballcaps.

Where....
Next week we are going to do a real cruise! Sam (owner of Import Sports) wants to take out the M3 and he's going to get a handful of 10 second cars to go as well. It will be to Central City / Blackhawk. On a Saturday night it will be cool to see some sick cars and bikes cruising by the Casinos.

When....
The cruise will leave at 9pm from Import Sports this Saturday Sept 15th!

Directions....
We will be taking I-25 North to 6th Ave. Take 6th West until it turns into Clear Creek St (Hwy 119). Once your in town, you will take a right at Richman Ave (Ameristar is on the corner). If you take your first right (where the pavement ends) there is a really cool curvy road we will hang out at for a bit until heading back to Denver taking the infamous Central City Parkway home to I-70!
