I am out & continuing my recovery at home. I did visit another hospital for a few hours today (Wednesday) so they could rebreak my arm, set it properly, then plate & screw it (6 screws). The nerve block they gave me worked great, until about 8 PM, then I started feeling the pain. I'm about to take some more pain meds & get some sleep.

After being out of it for 4 weeks, I get tired pretty quick. I'm not online much cuz I'm trying to catch up on all the stuff that piled up while I was in the hospital and don't have a lot of energy left over once that is said & done.

Thanks everyone for their well-wishes. After hearing what happened, I think I'm kinda lucky to be alive!

How's that quote go:

"You start out riding with a full bag of luck and an empty bag of skill. The trick is to fill the bag of skill before the bag of luck runs out."

Bob, sir, I believe your bag-o-luck runeth out. :D

Glad you're up and about and alive, if you need somethin give a holler.

What, you gonna help ME wipe?:D

Reminds me of one time at work. I walked into the stall as my smart-ass buddy was washing his hands. He said "I hope everything comes out alright for ya!" I said "I hope so Dean old buddy, 'cause I'd hate to have to ask you for help!"

Bob,
You and Matty can go as a couple of accident victims to the party at Kim and Dean's. I'll show up as Red Cross and hand out coffee and cookies. Well, have fun anyways if you go. I'm on call, again on another holiday, for the RC. Dang. Everybody have a good and safe time. Don't burn the place up with scary jack-o-lanterns. I don't want to get called out.
