Cool Presentation for Bike Night @ The Haus.

Back by Popular demand - Michael Murray of Motorrad Media will give a presentation of his 5,000-mile off-road motorcycle adventure riding his BMW F650GS on the Trans-America Trail. His presentation starts at 7:00pm on Thursday December 6th 2007 at MotoHaus Coffee. Seating is limited, so come early!

His off-road motorcycle adventure allowed him to traverse the United States without touching pavement on a series of dirt roads, 4x4 trails, gravel roads, logging roads and single-track trails, from the Appalachian Mountains to the Pacific Ocean. His ride took him through 10-states in 35-days while filming the entire experience for an upcoming adventure documentary.

This promises to be a quite a show with great photos, exciting bike-cam footage and some behind-the-scenes footage. If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like out there beyond the super-slab highways, you owe it to yourself to come see and hear about Michael’s adventure!

Cool beans, Max! You know, I'll be there.

There's a trip I've been thinking about taking during summer. I'm just not sure about logistics, cost, etc., but I do want to try and get my tail out to the Oregon coast by bike and visit my Aunt (my Dad's half-sister).

When you had those presentations last winter at the Haus, it got me to thinking about those longer trips. It was a kind of inspiration.

Sooo...while we wait to hear the news of a new bouncing bundle of joy, I'ma be at the Haus on Thursday for the presentation. I just love a good riding story.

I know I won't be seeing Chris at the Haus this eve, but I hope to see many others tonight for the presentation of riding coast to coast without touching pavement.

Great presentation! Can't wait till the full documentary comes out.
I loved the part where they showed that guy's garage and every guy in the audience gasped in jealous appreciation. The scenery was pretty incredible too.
