I'd be curious to know what kind of "terror" suspects they are. If they're Iraqi insurgents, then they're nothing more than Iraqis who think the United States should leave their country. If they're fundamentalist Muslims (like al-Qaeda), then being caught dressed as a woman will not be a good thing for Mr. al-Bahadil when the other fundamentalists find out.
