Feeler: Roommate In Boulder

My roommate is leaving mid January for bigger better things in Denver and I wanted to put a feeler out there to see if anyone might be interested in living in Boulder. My place is a 900 Sq foot, 2bed/2ba condo located in East Boulder near Foothills Parkway and Baseline Road. Convenient access to 36, shopping complex across the street, bus line outside my front door, and there's a pool. The roommate would get a full bath in addition to the 2nd bedroom. The condo is fully furnished; all you need is your bedroom and bathroom supplies. The rent is 600 and includes everything. (Gas, Electric, Water, WIFI internet and Digital cable) Since this is my place and not a shared rental, I would prefer someone who is clean and respectful. Must be dog friendly as I have a 3 year old white boxer who is my main family out here in CO. I guess I don't need to mention easy access to all mountains and some of the best restaurants in Colorado. Let me know what you think.
