Laid off from your mortgage company? Want to stay in the mortgage business? The company I work for is hiring mortgage professionals (originators) in Colorado Springs and Denver.
Specifically, my manager wants to expand his team.
The company, First National Mortgage Sources, provides:
Internet leads
Originate in all 50 states
FHA and VA loans
Health Benefits are coming within the next month
Full support staff.
Relaxed work environment
What do you need? Mortgage experience with a proven track record of success. I brought my book of business from Countrywide which documented my profit for the company, exceeding $500,000 annually.
The position is pure commission, there is no salary. For those who have worked as a broker before this probably isn’t anything new to you.
A mortgage professional can expect earnings in excess of $10,000 per month. I’ve been able to earn well, well beyond that figure and I’m working around 30 hours per week.
With that said, this job isn’t for everyone.
