Looking for a Kawi race intake cam. Kawi dropped the price down to 85 bucks again (299.00 the past month!) however they took it out of the performance catalog. Ron Ayers had them for 74.99 but now have "DISCONTINUED" it.

part#49118-0034

Any local dealer have one or can get one? PM me price ASAP!

David,

Try attack. They are a pretty good source for Kawi Kit parts

Tried Attack and no luck

But Leeson's import motors had them for $76.16! So I ordered it.

DK,

THis is probably a question for Clarkie, but I always thought you needed both the intake and exhaust cam so that your valve duration was correct. But honestly I am really not sure, but worth a call to make sure you don't toast your top end/Valves

No it wont toast your top end, just make sure you get someone who knows what they are doing to time the cam.

You would be suprised to hear the wierd combination of cams i put in my 600 :) and from what bikes!

^^^ I looked into that and the race exhaust cam actually losses power. A lot of ZX10R owners have did this without any problems. In fact this is the recommended method by Attack, the stock exhaust cam is perfect just the way it is. :)
