Hi looking for an inexpensive sportbike for my wife she is 5' 6".
Looking for a 500 or 250. So if you have outgrown your current bike and would like it to go to a good home send me a pm or drop me an email

I have a FZ6 that is great for beginner, and would take her awhile to outgrow. I am 5'7" and fit pretty well on it. I would recommend this bike greatly. Go to http://www.cosportbikeclub.org/forums/showthread.php?t=19629 for info on it.

I have a 2001 Honda VFR 800 Interceptor with 15k on it. Well taken care of, but not ridden much since I hurt myself when I totaled my R1. Looking for $3650 out the door. PM me if you are interested. It can be seen in Castle Rock.

This is one worth taking a look at:

I can vouch 100% for this bike, very well taken care of. Good friend of mine's brother owns it. I think it's a good price for the mileage.

So I took the wife into the stealership to sit on the new 08 250s ( pretty nice looking) and she sat on a lowered 650r and fell in love. Anyone have one, what's your thoughts on it for a newbie and anyone got one for sale?
They seem pretty hard to come by up here.

hey did you guys end up getting the 650r? i'm guessing you're talking about the ninja 650r, i had that bike and rode it for a month. then traded it in for my honda, i think it depends what kind of riding she wants to get into. Another girl i know had the same bike and also traded it in quickly...i made the mistake of choosing something that i felt comfortable sitting still on, not taking it for a test ride...make sure you ask her if she wants a super sport or more of a cruiser style sitting position. I had problems were my hands would fall asleep and my lower back was giving me problems because of how straight up i was riding which is strange because most people have those problems on super sports. it was an awesome first bike though and most people will tell you it's too much power for a beginner but if she's gonna ride with you all summer she's gonna start getting bored of the 250 (even though the new ones are nice looking!) hope this helps a little... let us know what she got and if she wants to ride with some girls we have a group of us that go on rides!

If you are still looking, my buddy is selling a Suzuki GS500. If you're interested, PM me and I will get more info. His girlfriend rides it and is about 5'3".
