Depending on the title status, this might be a great deal.

"There is minor cosmetic damage as shown in the pictures" AKA the bike has been down and it looks like it went down kinda hard just from the 1 or 2 pics that aren't distant.. But if hes legit on the mileage then i dont think that seems too bad of a price.. Would really wanna look into it a little closer in person before biting tho..
See what may be hidden under the ferring or something...

Its gotta be a salvage title, look at the frame, it's dented. Insurance will total a bike out with any frame damage.

Not necessarily, he may not have gone through the insurance and just fixed it himself... Doesn't look too bad in the pics, especially if you are going to turn it into a racebike. :D

Scam
About my 2003 Kawasaki Ninja ZX6-R the price is $2850. First I have to let you know that the bike is located in Berlin, Germany. I've moved here 2 months ago with my husband, I've wanted to register it here but i found out that to register it i need to pay the VAT tax+ other registration fees that costs over 1400euro. Certificate of Title is clean and clear. I will pay for the shipping back to US so you will not have to pay additional taxes, just the price for it. It was dropped on June 18, 2007. I had everything necessary repaired and have been riding ever since. There is minor cosmetic damage as shown in the pictures. The bike now has 4927 miles. Please let me know if you need more pics.
I will appreciate a fast answer from your part
