Yup... I've lost my mind. Not only do we have the best tire prices around, but for the rest of April, I'll mount and balance any sportbike tires purchased from us for just $5 off the bike, or $15 on the bike. While you wait, in most cases. And yeah, sarcasm is still free. While you wait, in most cases.

I would love some new tires.

Tell ya what. Go to my garage, get my bike, put on new tires (you can choose - what the heck it's Friday) Put bike back in garage, then come to happy hour.

It will be win - win - win - win.

Terri,
I'm probably going over to TFOG next Friday to pick up some parts from Jim.
If you want I can ride your bike over and have it back to you before you get off work.

I told ya...It's gentleman's choice cause it's Friday. (yea, 05 SV650S)

I have Dunlops on them now. Probably the original tires from when the bike was new for all I know. Bike has 3000 +/- miles on it. Would probably carry me another couple months. But not sure how far after that. I would rather be safe than sorry. Cause I have no patience for hanging out on the side of the road.

I've got Metzeler M3s or Dunlop Qualifiers in stock. If you're looking for something more sport touring oriented, I can have Metzeler Z6s on Wednesday....

Terri,
M3 & QUalifier are Sport/Track tire , Z6 is a Sport/Tour.

You could still track a set of Z6's since you're not crazy aggresive (and you weigh 35 lbs) and you'd get more mileage outta them.

If you're gonna track it more this year, get the sportier M3's or Qualifiers.
Mileage be damned, you've got DK kinda money anyway.

Talk to ya tonight.

Jim, thanks for the chat on this phone this afternoon. I will try to make arrangements to get over there before next week and I think I may have a few other guys interested in your deal as well. We'll call before we plan on coming out so that we can make sure we're on your radar for installs and inventory.

There aren't that many ladies out there riding Aprillias and I should have figured that you were sprtbkebabe from this forum. I was the guy getting tires at TFOG when you arrived.

I got the Pilot Powers for the first time and like them a BUNCH better than my old Battleaxes. I'll be bringing other bikes to TFOG in the future.:)

Hey man I need a set of Michelin Pilot Roads. I was wondering how much the rear and front are + mounting. Tire sizes are: 180/55zr/17 and 120/70zr/17. Bike is a 2007 GSXR600.

THANK YOU!

Anyone run Michelin Pilot Power 2CTs to get an opinion yet?

I'm debating if they're worth getting instead of either Pilot Race or BT002s.

Intended use is canyon rides, multiple fairly aggressive tracks days, and commuting.

I've been running Bridgestone Battlax BT 002s and like the crowned/quick turn-in, but I was thinking of going back to Michelins since they still seems to suit my riding a bit better from past experience.

I was debating Pilot Race Medium-Softs or Softs, and the 2CTs.

opinions?
