70 people your the (only) man, most of the day to day work is helpdesk, but the critical systems are yours too and for that you need MCSE.

I disagree with the MCSE part based on many, many years of experience. But you should have an easy time finding someone :)

Yea that was their requirement I think because they don't have any skill to actually interview the individual..

That said, if someone has equiv skills and personality I think they would do it.. One of Denvers largest accounting firms.

No Idea -- it's just a friend and I'm passing along the information.

In Denver I'd expect a really good SA to make at least 50k..... Helpdesk a lot less.. Not sure where this would fit in.
