Either way, I think I'm done dealing with this situation, lesson learned. I tried to save $5.00, and spend money locally, but got burned. These are the situations that drive business away from local retailers...So instead of getting a good deal, and trying to help out a fellow CSC rider, I spent 3 weeks wasting my time.

Hopefully nobody else gets burned...
