Hi, I'm a Senior Loan Officer for National City Mortgage....I'm looking to replace my full time assistant. I would prefer to find someone with loan processing experience with the ability to provide exceptional service. Self managed and the desire to exceed expectations. This is not a sales position. You will be managing a pipeline of about 3-6 million a month, dealing with conditions, managing deadlines, providing realtor updates, and preparing loans for processing. Basically, I'm looking for someone to be behind the scenes of the loan process.
Experienced loan officer/loan processing or underwriting government & conventional loans is preferred, but if the right person comes along I would be willing to train.
