all sales contract, including those entered into for services, are subject to the rules promulgated in the uniform commercial code. do you agree or disagree? explain you anwser? :?

dont know how to agree or disagree but it's saying basically that no matter what the contract states the commercial code rules are active whether or not it's stated in the actual contract... Kinda like a receipt to a store doesn't have to state the return policy on it but the return policy exists.
