Where to get CO2 canister re-filled?

My CO2 in my beer fridge has gone empty. My big bro left it for me, and i have no idea where he got the thing filled. Anyone know a place where i could get this thing filled up?

There is a place in Gunbarrell. I just filled our 20lb. bottle for $14.00, let me know if that is close for you or if you want more information.
