I was considering buying a house up in that area (48th and Tower) and was wanting any opinions, good or bad.

i have family up there who have been there for four or five years now and they all want to move out. houses are dirt cheap though... my aunt got a 3700 sq. ft house for 270K but then again, i guess you get what you pay for and thats why they all want to move back down to south denver.

well they said a lot of the people are kinda ghetto... i think its gonna be the next montbello or "montghetto"

Depends on what you like. Cheap big houses and aren't concerned if your neighbor is dealing drugs??? Then move on up there!!!

Otherwise.....STAY FAR AWAY!!!
