Wanted: House to Rent

If anyone has or knows of a house to rent in the Arvada, westminster or Broomfield area in the next month please let me know. Must have the following:

2 car garage
basement
ac or swamp
be able to have 3 spayed and trained cats, will pay deposit
4 bedrooms
2 bath

There's a 6 bedroom, 3 bath for sale up the street from me in Louisville. Around $365,000 I think.

i know this is not exactly what you are looking for, but there is a nice house right across the street from me that a guy has fixed up and is selling for a reasonable price.

i know this is not what your looking for, but i thought id toss it out there anyway.

Ive got a townhome for rent in south central denver at Iliff and Dayton. Its called the windstream condominiums. Vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, 2 bed, 2 bath, 1 car garage (or 10 bike garage, as we have previously demonstrated!). Digital cable and internet ready. Very quiet neighborhood. Call me if interested.

There are a ton of townhomes in my neighborhood that are up for rent.

mostly 3 bedrooms, some with basements, small yards, 2 car garages. It's off of 124th and Colo Blvd though, abit east of where you are looking.

I work off of H36 and Church Ranch as well and it normally takes me about 20 minutes to get to work and home if i take 120th straight down.

We wer elooking over there too, super super super nice townhomes but with our two kids schools & friends all on the west side of 36 we thought it best to stay over here. Looks like we might have found a place though. Heading out soon to go look at it.

i always see for rent signs off of 112th (heading west on 112 towards main) and main when i go to work too. there is a sign on main heading north towards 120th, it's at the street right before the light before 120 if you want to check that out as well. it only had a number on it, but if this other one doesn't pan out.
