So, since we have finally purchased a home of our own (almost), the property we are currently renting will be available on June 1, 2005. It is in Highlands Ranch, between Lucent and Santa Fe off Highlands Ranch Parkway. Bout 15 minutes to DTC, 10 minutes to canyons.
Stats:
8 year old single family home, built by Richmond American (floor plan is called New Haven, but for some reason, I can't find a copy of the plans on the internet).
1800 sq ft finish (approximate), plus a full unfinished garden level basement. Vaulted ceilings, rounded corners, six panel doors. Center Island in the kitchem, gas fireplace in the family room, formal living room, main floor laundry, 2 car gagage (fits 2 cars and the bike). 3 bed, 3 bath, plus a master retreat. Master bedroom is like 16x18 (again, approximate) with a retreat off of it (perfect for a nursery or office). 4 peice master bath, walk in closets, A/C, whole house attic fan, ceiling fans in the family room and master, over head lights in all the bedrooms. Good sized yard (at least for Highlands Ranch), nice deck off kitchen, views of littleton and the mountains (can see red rocks and lookout from the upstairs master). Tons of windows, really open. It is a beautiful home, and the land lord is looking for someone who will treat it as their own and really take care of the place. We are paying $1300/mo, with prices in the area, there is no reason that she would increase that.

You can call the land lord on that. We are not moving out till June 1, and I think she wants to clean carpets and such after that....when you thinking you want to move?

Well, we are well on our way to moving out, and this house is officially up for rent (signs out and everything). I have confirmed that rent will stay at $1300/mo, deposit is negotiable a little, I think depending on animals. The land lords name is Julie, and her number is 303-346-6073 if you are interested. Since we are moving, she is not really "showing" it right now (kind of in a disarray) but for anyone who I know who wants to look (and can tolerate the current mess), let me know!
