i ran lefthand canyon today but turned around at jamestown 'cause it was absolutely abysmal. rocks and wet gravel all over.

almost ate it twice cuz there were fuckin' baseball sized pebbles in the apex of every bend :(

I'm gonna take a short cruise this afternoon and check things out - conditions. Anyone who wants to come along is welcome, but why don't we actually make some plans for tomorrow. Wednesday is always a good day to blow off work.

So far, I could ride Thurs. afternoon too if there is anyone who can't make Wed.

I was gonna head up Boulder Canyon to the Peak2Peak and see what the conditions are like. Maybe head over 7 towards lyons and back down.

I'm still up for Wed. for sure and possible Thur. as well. He is the deal as of today. I ran up Boulder Canyon which probably has the highest traffic, thinking it would be clear. It was fine up to Boulder Falls and beyond that it was incredibly sandy/rocky. Enough that about a mile beyond the falls I just turned back.

I'm stilll up for riding somewhere, we will just have to figure out where.

36-peak2peak from lyons to estes is (usually) pretty clear
