It looks like the rest of this week is a no-go for me. Mom arrived today from Cali, and Saturday is my daughter's B-day (3yrs :D ) and Sunday I will take Mom back to the airport.

BP, Sunday at 10:30. I was thinking of maybe getting in Left Hand Canyon. Anybody been through there lately? Other than that I don't care. I am ready for a longer ride if anyone else is.

I cant do it this weekend, but I have been thinking that I would like to take some longer rides. It seems that I'm always itching for more riding when we finish our rides. I have a couple longer routes mapped out, but I think both will require warmer weather.

We definatley DON'T want to do lefthand canyon. I was there on Monday and it was terrible. They are in the process of repaving it and one side was newly paved, which would have been nice except for the marble sized stones all over the f$%#g place and the side that wasn't paved yet was covered with asphalt marbles from the paving job.

I have also been up Coal Creek and Golden Gate canyons this week and they are in pretty good shape. Boulder Canyon is fine and the Peak2Peak is mostly clear except along the yellow.

Sounds good to me... need to scrub in the new tires I got today. Went up to Estes Park on 7 today... road was in decent shape, just some clutter around the yellow, rest was OK.

:x Bike just went to the shop today. Slave cyclinder was misaligned and blew out the gasket on my clutch :shock: . I will catch up we you guys next ride but definately have fun and be safe Laters

Hope we will have a good ride. The TL may out number everything else. A guy from the TLPlanet is going to be there too. I am also bringing a guy form work that has a 1000RR if he doesn't back out. I'll be at the 7-11 on 104th and I-25 at 9:45 to meet him if anybody else wants to meet up there and head to the BP.

Half-a-dozen today: swademaster, trophy4rider, co_tiller, bendover, boy scout, and Chris from TL Planet (will prolly be showing up here soon).

1pm -- hmmm -- that's about the time we wrapped up. :D

Quick trip up Hwy 7 (pretty clean), P2P (sandy centerline, some runoff), and Coal Creek (mixed bag -- some sand (mostly corners), some runoff, some mud).

Great ride! (at least until everyone's curfews kicked in :lol:)

I did most of that ride yesterday, except I rode to CC and down through morrison instead of 72 - not too bad, the centerline was a bit heavy on the gravel and made for difficult passing on the p to p.

Today must have been warmer - sat was a little chilly!

nice to be in the mtns either way.
