Didn't anyone ever tell you, never follow a 950 down the trail? Chances are, they're crazy. And especially a 950S! Those guys pay extra for the suspension, for a reason. I know, I've tried to ride with them. :lol:

Glad I didn't take Angela Mosquito Pass. Looks fun to me, but I wouldn't have gotten laid for a month. Your F800 will be much happier in dirt if you have a TKC on the front and a Heidenau k60/Mefo super explorer on back.

I warned you about Mosquito.
Don't feel bad, I tipped the ADVStrom over placing the ADVrider tag up there.
We need to hook up and ride, you look like you have the same adgenda as myself, find some out of the way places to explore.
I just need to get this cast off my wrist first, it's coming off next week.
I am trying to make the Fall Colors tour over on ADV the weekend after next hooking up near Steamboat.
I will probably do a day ride or two with that crew then head out southbound over to the Alpine Loop for a day. Hope the damage is minimal.

Sean, I wouldnt take Angela unless you have done Mosquito or other very rocky roads & know she can do it. and I got a set of T63s for less than $100 gotta put em on for Sunday

Bashed, that new beemer was looking way to Highlands Ranch & its got a warranty so like you said.. the bike better be scared, I'm not.

I'm a n00b for reals at this off road stuff & where the nice road ends we stopped & Tyler says to me "around this corner you will drop your bike."
I made it pretty close to the 1st drainage pipe & crashed. Justin got stuck at the drainage pipe & Tyler who has done this pass before on different bikes & on his 950 comes walking back down from the top. "it dosent get any better if you guys want to stop".... so Tyler, Justin & me pull my bike back onto the trail & get it up & they take pics & video of me trying to restart to keep going... but this hill sucks. on the sidestand I lean it over & swing it around to go back down. dig Justin out who was sideways now so turning him around was nothing. and back down, no Mosquito today........ in hindsight I should have just started over from the bottom, I could have made it, the trails we did the rest of the day really got no easier... but all I saw was me breaking the bike and not being able to ride it out....so we did not do Mosquito just played on a hill for awhile.
and Webster? crazy fkng traffic! I logged about 80miles dirt and 200 pavement getting there and back. one of the best days riding till the next one.

Bash, I'm hoping to make this too. I'll probably get up there Thursday night, but I'll have to split on Saturday morning.
