I will have a 1000+ sq/ft 2 bedroom 1.5 baths condo for rent in a few weeks around Parker and Quincy. How soon do you need it by?

me and my girl are looking aroun the beginning of january or end of december. that condo sounds right up our alley but it will probably be rented out by then
