So now that ABC went to high definition in Colorado Springs (finally!) we're happy to host a small Super Bowl get-together at our place near Powers and N. Carefree. Post up if you're interested, and if we get 6-8 folks we'll work out the details. Let us know!

you need a recipie for chili?
chop up green pepper and white onion. Add in browned ground beef (or ground sirloin), and a couple cans of kidney beans (drained), and a bunch of tomato sauce (amounts of each are gonna vary depending on how much you wanna make)..also maybe a can or two of diced tomatos (drained). If you hit up like Sams club (maybe Walmart too, I dunno), you can get the giant can of tomato sauce, then you don't have to sit an open 10 little cans. You can either buy pre-packaged chili mix, or use the ground spices (you are gonna want chili powder, cayenne pepper, etc if you mix your own). If you don't want to burn everyones mouth, go with the pre packaged chili mix cuz it is nice and tame. Put it all together in a big sauce pan or crock pot and let it simmer for like 2 hours.

I would advise not eating that Chili on a regular basis.
You will spend 3X as much on toilet paper and 8X the trips to the bathroom. That Chili was good, but I realize I'm paying the price today!
