I got off the crutches on Wednesday.
Been pretty sore since then,but I've been
pushing myself pretty hard.I've been walking about a mile or so every day to get back into shape
after sitting on my ass for 3 months.

That was good Duane, needed the laugh. :lol: Never did get around Bash, I might have a chance now. So you starying warm in GE? Hard to get riding time over there this time of year, but I know the Beer is good!.

Glad to here that you are doing better bash. Are you going to physical therapy? If so, I'm just curious who it is?
