Shake out the cobwebs ride! March 5th

Hello all,
I’m heading to the high country tomorrow for my first canyon ride of the new season! The forecast is somewhat cold, but sunny, and the wind is minimal.

Woodland Park, CO Forecast
Sunday, Mar 5th
Mostly sunny. Winds from the SSE at 4 mph. High: 54° F RealFeel: 64° F

Meet at the Black Bear Coffee Shop. It’s on the South West side of CO Springs, in the Broadmoor Bluffs Safeway shopping center- Academy Blvd and Hwy 115.
Time: Meet at 1030 and ride out at 1100am; Hope to back in about 4-5 hours;
The route: Canon City, Salida lunch stop, Buena Vista, Woodland Park;

Anyone on 2 wheels is welcome to join- whatever you ride is cool. Just show up rested, fully fuelled, and with up to date license plates and insurance, please.
I know the World Superbike Series broadcast starts tomorrow at 1000am on Speed, so set your VCR’s/DVR’s and let’s ride!

Hey en~nasence, I’m glad you’re on board with the CSC! Welcome!
This was my first canyon ride in months, so I guess I should change my profile to: fair weather weekend rider.
The roads today were very clean, and the winds were mild, and I hardly saw even a single cloud all day.
It was a great ride! :)
