I will be riding Friday morning and either Sat but more likely Sunday morning. Short ride past Deckers and possibly a longer ride down south back to cripple creek.
There is usually a group of riders that meed at the South Academy Sonic. They ride on Saturday. Two rides usually , the earlier I think starts at 8 and the later at 10-11.

Anyone know what the conditions are up in Deckers? How about Cripple Creek conditions?Sunday is the best day for weather, I think Saturday there is a chance for some rain.

The weather was looking pretty good at 6 am but the clouds from the north have moved in and it doesn't look like a riding day today :( I guess I will do some chores and see if it clears up. A little cold up my way too.

man today turned out to be a good one..... a bit windy, but all good. Started off as an innocent ride to a buddies house for sticker and reflector removal. that turned into a breakfast run, which turned into a scenic ride around fountain to another buddies house. He had chores consisting of a brake job on his sisters exploder, which 3 guys can take care of with the quickness, and did, so a 3rd joined our pack. We then rode into the southside of the springs to get my rear seat and ditch the cowl. (fuckin grommets on my chaps scratched it!!!!!!!!). Then being so close to another buddy, we stopped by his house and tore him away from looking at real estate in alabama... peer pressure is a bitch. Then rode to pikes perk for some afternoon coffee downtown tejon, ended up hooking up with another guy on a bike at the coffee house, and he rode with us up garden of the gods..... had no idea what id be doing today, but ended up burning almost a full tank of gass just goofing off!

Sorry we didn't post up about our Sunday ride. It was going to just be a casual ride with PrillerNate to Woodland Park for lunch, but thanks to UglyDogRacing (Jim) who met us there it turned into almost a 200 mile loop by the time we got home! Definitely wasn't prepared for that -- got a case of ass-burn like you read about!

Yesterday after work, I noticed the "meeting" started at about 4:30pm. The end time is usually around midnight.
The location is north Academy at Briargate Blvd. Sometimes they move it around to the back of the building in the parking lot where Just for Feet use to be.
