Well I wanted to see the damage that was done so I went to Deckers. Being the rebel I am proceeded past the barrier to see what it looked like. The road have 4 places where the road is taken out completely and several others where the creek side of the rode was taken out. This is about a two mile stretch about a mile this side of deckers on the downhill twisties before you get to deckers. To get around the areas they put dirt to the non-creek side. There were a few construction people there. It is pretty dangerous, would not suggest going, I heard they will have patrols on each end soon to only allow locals through. They say it is like about 4 months work but it look longer than that to me.

R1chie,
Thanks for investigating and posting pictures. It's as bad as I imagined from the news reports I've read.

Glad to see that someone was able to afford a new rear tire on that R1.

Nice training wheels Dave.
For the moment, I understand the speed limit on Hwy 67 when you're in the dirt.
Now we just need some stunta' to take their dirty bikes off the new 67 jumps...Take some pics...:)
