I'm a bit behind when it comes to knowing everything about DOT projects and roads. I know what gravel is...stay away from it too. I know what tar snakes are...man, I hate that stuff! Talk about squishy! And, now I know what a chip seal project means. NO MORE TAR SNAKES! Woohoo!:bananna: Hwy 34 was fun this morning.

So are they done with it? I forgot to warn my roommate about that and i think he just left to head up 34 :crazy:

Does that answer your question, Bueller? At least there's no more tar snakes and I truly dislike those. So, give the chip seal a couple more weeks and all will be good:)

So is it finished? Last i saw it, it still was a little gravelly <sp?> in the center and on the sides of the road....?

Yup, it's done. I didn't notice any gravel on the sides of the road, or in the middle for that matter. Made a couple of passes, too, and wasn't bothered by anything.

Actually, when you ride with the group I rode with yesterday, it's me lookin' at their tail lights fading off into the distance...wow! It's more like...mtnairlover who?...oh, yea, she'll be along sometime, she's bringing up the tail. Hey guys, anytime you want some lollygagger along for the fun...just let me know...I don't mind hangin' waaaayyy back:up:
