Hi Girls!
I just got my first bike, and Sunday took my longest ride - only down to Monument and back. I wore jeans, I'm wondering if there are more comfortable pants, a little numb down there afterwards. I saw Alpinestars makes jeans for riding, anyone have them or any advice?
Look forward to riding with you all soon!
Thanks

:doublefinger: WELCOME!!! :doublefinger:
Always nice to see another female rider!!!
What kind of bike do you have?
There are a lot of manufacturers that make riding pants; Joe Rocket, Alpinestars, Teknic, First Gear, Arlen Ness, Fieldsheer and lots of others. I usually ride in jeans (unless I'm on the track) and I don't really have a problem ... I know other ladies on here usually are in jeans too. Maybe if you are going "numb?" you could be sitting too close to the tank?? Dunno!!
Can't wait to see you out and about!!! :D

Welcome.
I got pretty much all my gear from New Enough Leathers, online. Found some really good deals. I setteled on some Fieldsheer gear (pants & jacket). So far I have no complaints, they are really comfortable & they fit to a woman.

Hi! Welcome to the forum :D
As CBRChick13 has said...most of us do ride in jeans. Personally I haven't really had any problems with it. If you try maybe a pair that has a little stretch in them its usually alittle more comfortable or those with a loose cut to them. For longer more aggressive rides or riding the track, i usually wear full leathers.

Thanks for the advice, I think I'm just going to have to try different jeans out to find the best ones. We all know how fun it is to shop for jeans that fit right. GRRR!!!
I ride a 2003 Ducati Monster 620, and am loving it!

I typically ride in jeans, though I do have a pair of First Gear textile pants. They fit/worked just fine till I got pregnant. Now I am afraid to even try. But there are lots of styles/fits. I got the first gear ones because they zipped down the sides to "vent" myself during sitting times at the track.
