You can't be serious.....it's just a tool to process information faster, it's still up to the officer himself to decide what to do with the results.

In reality, this is LESS like presumed guilt. You can't accuse the computer of "profiling" because it evaluates EVERY plate it sees. Since a human can't possibly do that, he/she must decide which plates to run manually and can/will be accused of profiling.

i think it will be a good thing to get people cited,arrested or whatever that shouldnt be driving on the street, ie NO INSURANCE and such...
