anyone have the torque specs for the front and rear sprockets for a 2003 F4i? I'm doing the 520 conversion on it right now so i need the specs if anyone has them. Thanks.

At work we use the German "gutenteit" torque measurement. I don't think that works with Hondas though. :idea:

Just tighten it till its about to strip, then back off .2343 of a turn

Hey Chadwick I got the shop manual on disk from Ralph a few weekends ago. If you need a copy stop by the pad; it has all the torque settings plus much, much more.
