Well you have a little while before you'll be taking it out of town, to the mountains at least. If the snow stops, and there is some melting, you should be able to ride to Deckers. We rode to Estes Park in Feb. 2005, but there wasn't nearly the amount of snow we've had this year.

BTW I was out today playing hooligan in the Industrial parks around Centennial Airport. It was great to get out on the tard for the first time in 6 weeks!

Nice. Can't wait to break in the FJR. But ur right, there's still a bunch of snow and lots of holes in the streets. I'll try to do some short stuff around the neighborhood & get my early oil changes done before heading to the hills...

Any groups riding from Aurora?

Your FJR will be perfect in the canyons... as long as it's not the automatic version.

What's wrong with the automatic version?

My pops got a FJR an 05 and he loves it.
I think its a nice lookin bike. Alot of the csc folks meet up at the Morsion Conoco off of 470. The times I've gone theres 15-20 bikes.
Welcome to the CSC we should hook up in the spring and go for a ride
We should get a meet spot going for all of the aurorans though there seem to be enough around

Nothing wrong with the automatic version... i think its better suited for a daily commuter vs. a canyon carver though.

We'll have to see about that...
