leaking fuel from air filter

Just got a pit bike (110cc) today and was taking it around the neighborhood with Elden and noticed that it was leaking fuel from where the air filter connects to the carb. Ideas / suggestions?

Stop trying to fill the gas through the air intake? :dunno:

Maybe the carb float is just letting it pour?

+1 Check the level of the float.

the needle/seat isn't closing off the fuel supply at the carb

If you haven't done a carb repair yourself yet, you might want to take it to a shop like Faster-TK. It isn't difficult to do, but can be screwed up. They'd also be able to clean everything out for you, since carbs like to collect gunk.
