Took the F3 out for spin this afternoon - all the roads are in good to excellent condition right now however there are still some sandy areas, particularly from about a mile east of Wondervu over to Pinecliffe. This section seems to have the highest concentration on sand, though it is still very ridable, just watch yourself on the corners and don't get too close to the edge, most of the sand is concentrated in the middle of the lanes and is easy to ride around. Still plently of snow left around Wondervu but it seems to have melted off everywhere else. No significant water anywhere on the roads.

Peak to Peak seems to be in good shape on the short section I rode, though there was some sand on the hairpins that descend into Nederland. Boulder Canyon has just some very light sand on the upper part, probably til a mile or so past the dam as you head back down into Boulder. Hardly any traffic in Coal Creek or P2P, Boulder Canyon was a little busier, as usual. Definitely a bit colder up there so you'll want something warmer to wear but very worth the trip. Get out there and ride!
