On my 03 R6 there was a bolt on the water pump housing and it would drain right out. However, whats the best way to drain my coolant on an 05 636?

Thanks!

Take the hose off of the bottom of the radiator. Make sure to open the radiator cap to get as much drained as possible.

Then fill with clear water and drain it again. You'll want to run the bike up to about 120/130 degrees between flushes to allow the thermostat to open and clear out the whole system. (repeat several times)

Took me 5 flushes to get the duc taken care of.

Scott to my rescue! I was hoping not to have to take the bottom hose off, but if thats my only option, off it comes.

There's really nothing to it. I've seen your wrenching skills and this is well within your capabilites.
