That is an actual fad and they have their own name and clubs. They are called "Donks". I read about them in Maxim. Kinda (read:real) dumb and ugly looking. Not to mention pointless.

There are a couple of these cars running around Ft. Carson.

One car has "ICE CREAM MAN" on the side of it. I tried to stop him and buy something, but he didn't seem to have any ice cream. What a disappointment.
