anyone else encounter this? To make it clear, my aluminum throttle grip inside diameter, is a bit larger than the clip-ons outside diameter, thus creating a bit of rattle.... i was thinking about wrapping the clipon to inrease the outside diameter of the clipon, snuging it up, but i wouldnt know what to wrap it with, that would be impervious to the elements and father time, causing deterioration and eventually causing throttle sticking issues...
:dunno:

A nylon type bushing would be best.
As saftey wire is steel, and the grip is aluminum.
A flat nylon or delrin material of proper thickness could be slipped between the two peices and held in place by a bar end.
kinda hard without actually seeing it.
