The wheels aren't s'posed to be parallel to the ground, they're s'posed to be perpendicular...well, 'cept on turns...then it's more like at an angle of whatever you need to have in order to turn the beast...

Footpeg.....hence the word "foot", not meant to be mounting anything else on but your foot.

At least he's still on the bike. I would say he's not using his leathers correctly. BTW, definite ouch where the nut peg is!
