When i saw this i was like WTF..So i asked a sales man..He was like "That shouldnt be there" I was like"It says R1 on it, it looks like its suposed to be there" Kinda irresponsible of the dealership if you ask me.

I am all for it....first time that kid jumps on the throttle and loops it, it is totalled....then you pick up a cheap race bike with like 100 miles on it :D

Come on guys! Its refering to first time buyers ie buyers with little to no credit! Shesh!

I would agree though - those with little to no credit are basically the 18-19 year old crowd, thats pretty lame.

Not true...when I was with the Army parachute team touring UT, we saw plenty of 25+ that never left home and never did anything without their mother's permission. So, it would be safe to say that those guys would be first time buyers.

My first bike was 1000cc's. It's treated me very well and I have not yet had a problem. I'm very glad I chose to ignore the know it alls and go with the 1000 vs 600 or smaller as some had suggested.

I don't see what the problem is :dunno:

I bought a bunch of used 600's before I rode a 1000. My first bike I ever bought at a dealer was a 1000. I qualified as a first time buyer, I have no clue why this is a big deal.
