I finshed glassing in the bottom of the fairings and moved onto the pillon and the nose.

looks nice but you can still see the lines and if you were to take it to a show you would be deducted points for that. sorry not to be mean but that is what i do as a hobby and my dad does for a living.

I hear ya!!!

I wasn't going for points tho...I was going for "when I crash it, I wont cry about it"... :lol: Since it's my track bike and all.

I did. Made a tub out of the bottom and lipped it up at the back before the rear tire and glassed in the front peice from the inside. The fairing were almost junk and not worth anything and I cannot affored a race body right now.

But I might need some paint squirted on my rode bike...what's it normally run for a tail section, nose, both fairings and tank? Current color is yellow with white and looking to maybe go matte or gloss (haven't made up my mind yet) black with white and/or burnt orange accent. I like the way it looks on the new BMW but not sure if it will xfer over to a sportbike and look good or not...
