Anyone here want to show me how to replace fork seals?

If I can't find someone to show me I will drop the bike off at TK later this week, but would like to know how to do this.

It's a ZX7R, 2000...and apparently both fork seals are gone.

Have beer, soda, pizza, cash...just would like to learn more about my bike when it comes to repairs.

If you can make it up to Loveland I would do this for you, I work nights so days would be better for me. I just like working out of my place so I know I have all the tools I need. If this works send me a PM we will schedule a time then.
