I have a lot of respect for you folks who ran those on Sat.... Especially for those who ran both of them back to back. 30 mins - 1 hour on a bike in that heat must have been hell..... I know I was in hell on the bleachers watching them... Uggggg

Yea...it was a tad warm. Good job fellas. Nice win Clarkie! You and Josh were running a hell of a race. It was fun to watch. I didn't catch the times, but it looked like you guys might of been hitting 27's yesterday. What did you guys end up with?

yea it was fun racing with Josh you can tell both of us raced 250GP bikes as the corner speed he can carry and how early he gets on the gas is awesome! Was good to go flag to flag in Open Supersport and RoR, had some fuel pump issues in Open SB which sucked but that's all part of it.

I did a 1.26.6 in Open SS for a new class track record and I think 1.26.5 or something and missed Turpin's overall lap record in RoR by 0.1 of a second :banghead: but hey like Dion said, in 100+ temps and 130+ track temps I am just glad we made it through the race without any incedents.

Thanks for standing in the heat and working the corner all weekend!!!

Some people were running back to back endurances!!! Hot Damn! I just did one and felt sick, I can't imagine back to back....

C. Weed did both endurance races that day :bow:, that crazy hooligan! I have all new respect for you boys and gals, I was disgustingly hot relaxing in my hammock, I can't imagine putting on sweaty 20 lbs leathers, helmet, gloves and boots and getting onto a hot track to race, you people are freaks! LOL... and I luv ya for it! :)

It looked like he came in from swimming after the second one... It was crazy.... I ran back to back sprint races on Sunday and at cross flags on the 2nd, Iwas feeling dehyrated, and muscles were getting weak...
mmmmmmm Now to figure out a way to hollow out my aero hump and put a camel back in...... :)
