new shop in longmont, they gave me a killer deal on some michelin 2ct tires, the store i normally get them at, tri city cycle, was out of stock, called a few other stores that wouldnt match the discount i get from tri city, then called epic who agreed to come within 5 bucks, all in all 3 gold stars for there customer service, a little customer service goes a long way, good job guys
