Kickstand mount weld broken!

First i thought the kickstand was bent, but was i ever wrong.... after taking a closer look the bottom weld of the kickstand mount to the frame has come apart. I'd rather not have the thing tip over while i'm at work, anywhere that could do this for me quick/cheap? (don't know how to weld myself)
